Here is the recommended diet for Day 1 (Wednesday, September 24) of 64 for the "Thanksgiving Resolutions Commitment". It is posted two days early in order to provide time to prepare food. On Thursday, September 25 please inform the Warrior X-Fit community if you were successful in adhering to the recommended diet.
Warrior X-Fit recommends you only eat the quantity of food it takes to satisfy your hunger (please make sure an equal portion of all of the different food groups have been consumed).
Female Diet
- Breakfast
- 3 egg omelet
- 3/4 cup of onions
- 1 cup tomatoes
- Cooked in 1 tsp of olive oil
- Snack
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 cup strawberries
- 3 almonds
- Lunch
- 3 oz baked chicken breast
- 1 banana
- 9 almonds
- Snack
- 1 oz turkey
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 3 almonds
- Dinner
- 4.5 oz tuna steak
- Cooked in 1 tsp of olive oil
- 3.75 cups broccoli
Male Diet
- Breakfast
- 5 egg omelet
- 1 cup of onions
- 2 cup tomatoes
- Cooked in 1.65 tsp of olive oil
- Snack
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 cup strawberries
- 3 almonds
- Lunch
- 5 oz baked chicken breast
- 1 banana
- 2 plums
- 15 almonds
- Snack
- 1 oz turkey
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 3 almonds
- Dinner
- 7.5 oz tuna steak
- Cooked in 1.65 tsp of olive oil
- 6.25 cups broccoli
Please make sure to drink a minimum of 8 cups of water each day. Also, please do not use sauces, salad dressings or sugars when preparing your foods. Instead use spices (such as Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper, etc) or lemon juice for seasoning.
