Here is the recommended diet for Day 18 (Saturday, October 11) of 64 for the "Thanksgiving Resolutions Commitment". It is posted two days early in order to provide time to prepare food. On Sunday, October 12 please inform the Warrior X-Fit community if you were successful in adhering to the recommended diet.
Female Diet
- Breakfast
- 3 oz canadian bacon
- cooked in 1 tsp olive oil
- 1.5 grapefruits
- Snack
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 orange
- 3 almonds
- Lunch
- 3 oz turkey breast
- 9 almonds
- 1.5 grapefruits
- Snack
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 orange
- 3 almonds
- Dinner
- 3 oz beef
- 3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
- cooked in 1 tsp olive oil
Male Diet
- Breakfast
- 5 oz canadian bacon
- cooked in 1.66 tsp olive oil
- 2.5 grapefruits
- Snack
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 orange
- 3 almonds
- Lunch
- 5 oz turkey breast
- 15 almonds
- 2.5 grapefruits
- Snack
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 orange
- 3 almonds
- Dinner
- 5 oz beef
- 5 cups cooked spaghetti squash
- cooked in 1 tsp olive oil
Please make sure to drink a minimum of 8 cups of water each day. Also, please do not use sauces, salad dressings or sugars when preparing your foods. Instead use spices (such as Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper, etc) or lemon juice for seasoning.
