Day 2 Resolutions Program

Here is the recommended diet for Day 2 (Thursday, September 25) of 64 for the "Thanksgiving Resolutions Commitment".  It is posted two days early in order to provide time to prepare food.  On Friday, September 26 please inform the Warrior X-Fit community if you were successful in adhering to the recommended diet. Warrior X-Fit recommends you only eat the quantity of food it takes to satisfy your hunger (please make sure an equal portion of all of the different food groups have been consumed). Female Diet
  • Breakfast
    • 3 egg over hard
      • Cooked in 1 tsp of olive oil
    • 1.5 cups blueberries
  • Snack
    • 1 oz canned tuna or salmon
    • 2/3 cup raspberries
    • 5 olives
  • Lunch
    • 4.5 oz ground beef
    • 18 pistachio kernels
    • 1 banana
  • Snack
    • 1 oz canned tuna or salmon
    • 2/3 cup raspberries
    • 5 olives
  • Dinner
    • 4.5 oz shrimp
      • Cooked in 1 tsp of olive oil
    • 3.75 cups cooked cauliflower
Male Diet
  • Breakfast
    • 5 egg over hard
      • Cooked in 1.65 tsp of olive oil
    • 2.5 cups blueberries
  • Snack
    • 1 oz canned tuna or salmon
    • 2/3 cup raspberries
    • 5 olives
  • Lunch
    • 7.5 oz ground beef
    • 30 pistachio kernels
    • 1 2/3 banana
  • Snack
    • 1 oz canned tuna or salmon
    • 2/3 cup raspberries
    • 5 olives
  • Dinner
    • 7.5 oz shrimp
      • Cooked in 1 tsp of olive oil
    • 6.25 cups cooked cauliflower
Please make sure to drink a minimum of 8 cups of water each day.  Also, please do not use sauces, salad dressings or sugars when preparing your foods.  Instead use spices (such as Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper, etc) or lemon juice for seasoning.
