Questions about the Warrior X-Fit Diet

Warrior X-Fit is excited to see how many are participating in the Warrior X-Fit "Thanksgiving Resolutions Program".  After the first two days, here are some of the questions which have been e-mailed to training@warriorxfit.com:
  • What is the basis of the diet?
    • The diet is based on the following components:
      • 30% of your calories are from protein
      • 40% of your calories are from carbohydrates
      • 30% of your calories are from fat
      • All processed foods are eliminated from the diet
  • Am I allowed to drink juices, teas, coffee, milk, soda, etc?
    • Warrior X-Fit recommends only drinking water.
  • Is alcohol allowed on the diet?
    • Warrior X-Fit recommends trying to adhere to the diet as closely as possible and avoiding alcohol during this 9 weeks.
  • It seems like there are a lot of veggies and fruit on this diet.  What should I do if I am not able to consume all of them?
    • It is ok if you are not able to consume all of the food.  You should only eat until you are full.  However, it is important that an equal amount of each of the foods be consummed.
  • Am I able to speak with someone directly or ask questions about the program if I need assistance.
    • Absolutely.  E-mail your name, phone # and question to training@warriorxfit.com and a representative will call you back shortly.
Any questions you would like publicly addressed can be left in the comments section of this program. On another note, the web architect for Warrior X-Fit, Angel A. since beginning this program last Friday has lost 5 pounds and was able to run 3 miles without stopping (Angel does Warrior X-Fit four times a week and runs 3 miles 3 times week) for the first time.  Keep up the great work Angel and we look forward to continuing to hear about your success.
