The Warrior X-Fit Thanksgiving Resolution Commitment consists of a daily exercise and weight loss plan.
Before beginning the program, please note:
- Prior to beginning any exercise program, Warrior X-Fit recommends consulting with your doctor to ensure you are fit to exercise and able to adhere to a daily exercise and weight loss regimen. Warrior X-Fit is not a licensed nutrionist or registered dietician. The recommended diet is to assist in achieving weight loss and optimizing function; it is not recommended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, pain, deformity, injury or physical or mental condition.
The guidelines for the "Thanksgiving Resolutions Commitment" are:
- Adhering to the workout of the day a minimum of five times per week (we recommend doing more).
- Each day of the month there is a new workout posted. To be able to do all six rounds, a resistance band is required (a medicine ball is recommended, but beginning Wednesday, September 24 an alternative exercise is provided for each exercise utilizing a medicine ball).
- Warrior X-Fit recommends inputting your output totals after each workout.
- Once a week take your resting heart rate before going to sleep, when you wake the next morning take your heartbeat again. If your heartbeat is 10 beats higher than the night before, this is a sign of overtraining. If this occurs, take two days off and then resume training.
- Following the Daily Menu Plan every day of the program
- A daily menu plan will be posted every day (each menu plan will be posted two days prior to allow time to buy and prepare the food).
- The daily menu plan is based upon a medium size male and female who exercise 5 times per week. You will be responsible for making any changes based on your body type.
- To build upon the Warrior X-Fit community, please post comments, feedback, questions, success stories and whether you were able to adhere to that day's program. It is important that we motivate and hold one another accountable to achieving success.
