Warrior XFit Testimonial Alisia N.

I LOVE this program. It works parts of my body I didn't know I had. The third day of the program, I literally could barely walk. (For two days.) I do have to alter the lunges and squats slightly as I have a bad knee, but am surprised how well it is doing with them. One year ago I couldn't do any squats or lunges. This is helping me improve my stances. The arm and leg exercises are not too hard for me, but the whole body exercises (like sprawls) are extremely difficult for me. That has helped me see what was missing from my workouts before. I can barely do the yellow belt reps. I also love the accountability of the program. If I want my next level, I really have to work for it. I need that with my busy schedule. Thanks again for this awesome program.
