The most frequent question I am asked is, “How do you stay so fit?” There is no easy answer. It takes healthy eating and hearty exercise. And when I say “hearty”, I mean “HEARTY”!
Gone are the days of thinking the way to get in shape is to walk or jog and hit the gym a couple times a week. If you want extreme results, you need an extreme workout. And unfortunately, the way we look is 40% diet! (I know, it stinks, but it’s a fact.)
So my answer is workout hard with Warrior XFit and eat a healthy diet. But that only scratches the surface…
