How to do Tricep kickback / bicep curl : Exercise Video

    Stand with resistance tube under your feet, a handle in each hand. Bend at the waist with your back flat and your arms bent at your sides.

    Press arms back until straight.

    Stand upright and bend elbows, bringing hands up to shoulder level. Each curl counts as one repetition.
