How to do Bent over alternating arm high rows : Exercise Video

    Start with resistance tube wrapped around feet, a handle in each hand, and palms facing body. Bend at waist with knees slightly bent and back flat. Bring one bent elbow up past your back.

    Straighten arm and bring other bent elbow up past your back. Each time elbow comes up counts as one repetition.
