Evans ATA Black Belt Academy

Evans ATA Black Belt Academy is a school affiliated with the American Taekwondo Association. Evans ATA has been "Creating Tomorrow's Leaders...One Black Belt at a Time" since 2005. Serving the Cedar Rapids and Marion area, as well as several other surrounding communities, Evans ATA Black Belt Academy offers a wide range of programs, for all different ages and abilities of students, from very young beginners to senior adults. In addition to our normal Martial Arts classes, Evans ATA Black Belt Academy is now an affiliate of the Warrior X-Fit program. We are very excited about this new program! You can check it out at http://www.warriorxfit.com. Mr. Lance Evans is the owner and chief instructor of Evans ATA Black Belt Academy. He is a 4th Degree Black Belt, and has been studying the martial arts for 18 years. He is a two-time Weapons State Champ, and a two-time Instructor of the Year in Region 114. He lives in Marion, with his wife, Jana (1st Degree Black Belt) and his two daughters, Steffanie, age 14 (2nd Degree Black Belt) and Allyson, age 12.
