Warrior X-Fit Testimonial - Gary

Warriors Trainers, I seen where you would like us to give feedback and so thought I'd take a few minutes to give you mine. My name is Gary I called to ask a few questions last week and I think it was Brett that called me back within minutes.  So first let me say thanks for that, too cool! Second thanks for all the work you have put into this workout and web site. I am 43 and have been a member of the ATA since Sept.08.  I currently am a Purple Belt just about to change to Blue. I have wanted to be in Taekwondo since the age of 14. It took along time and so, I'll be in it for life. Anyhow, I just wanted to say that I am so glad to have found this. I normally will do some leg workouts, stretches, kicks, curls, bench presses, push-ups and alot of sit-ups. These workouts you have put together are kicking my tail, I love it. I have muscles sore that I forgot I had and I know its working. They way it is set up is motivating and every day I am excited about going for a new workout. I work nights and my lunch break is at midnight so its sometimes hard to find the motivation, until now. I am inspired by reading that my strength and speed will increase by doing this program. Speed is something I lack. I plan to do everyday and hope that anyone who starts keeps going "Live with Perseverance".  Thanks again and I may write again or maybe even call .
