I used to go to the gym and pound out weights, but realized that the exercises I was performing in the gym was not helping, but rather hindering my movements in my martial arts training. Ever since I started using the Warrior X-Fit exercises, I've been more flexible, more agile, and I just feel so much better. I haven't lost any strength and my sparring has been so much better. The Warrior X-Fit program has been beneficial in my martial arts training for my amateur Muay Thai fights as well. I use the 15 rounds to help increase my cardio for these fights.
