"I read about the program in ATA membership magazine. I don't have it in front of me or I would give you all of the details. I just recently started taekwondo again. I joined with my kids and have since also joined an adult class. I am only a yellow belt, but I am loving it. I am not sure why I didn't start earlier. I did take some taekwondo and aikido when I was a kid but frequent moves kept me from getting very far. I have been looking for a way to get back in shape. It has been a while and life and kids make it a little hard. The things that drew my attention most was the fact that the workout would improve my taekwondo and taekwondo would improve my workouts, that the workout uses minimal equipment, and it is time efficient. I checkout the site and it seemed that there were also some motivational benefits too... I also shared the article with some of our black belts..."
