How to do Power Sprawl with front kick one leg only : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

    Drop hands down to ground and shoot legs straight out behind you, dropping hips to the ground.

  3. 3

    Bend arms and drop into a push-up.

  4. 4

    After straightening arms, immediately jump feet back to hands, and return to standing.

  5. 5

    Bring one knee up for a front kick. Repeat with same leg for this segment. Switch legs for each following segment.
