How to do Two punches then walk out to elbow plank : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

    Punch straight forward.

    Punch with other arm.

    Bend at your waist and place hands on the ground.

    Walk hands forward.

    When you reach plank position, drop down to elbow plank. Walk your hands back to feet, stand up, and repeat. Each time you return to standing is one repetition.
