How to do Sprawl with lateral jump : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

    Bend knees, drop your hands to the ground, and jump feet back.

  3. 3

    Jump feet forward to hands and return to standing.

  4. 4

    Jump to one side with both feet.

  5. 5

    Bend knees, drop your hands to the ground, and jump feet back.

  6. 6

    Jump feet forward to hands and return to standing.

  7. 7

    Jump to the side with both feet to return to starting position. Repeat. Each time you jump to the side is one repetition.
