How to do Breakfall with one leg getting up : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet shoulder width apart, hands in guard position.

    Bend knees, dropping down toward floor.

  3. 3

    Once you make contact with the floor, roll back, breaking your fall with arms at your side, palms down, and chin tucked.

    Roll forward, bringing your feet under you, with one leg crossed over the other and hands up.

  5. 5

    Return to standing. Repeat with same leg crossed over. Switch legs for each segment.
