45-degree punch to each side

    Sit with knees bent, feet flat on floor, body at a 45-degree angle, back straight, hands in a guard position.

  2. 2

    Twist body to one side, punch with opposite arm.

  3. 3

    Twist body to other side, punch with other arm. Each punch is one repetition.
