How to do Squat front kick : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

    Bend knees until thighs are parallel with the ground.

    Return to standing, bringing knee up.

    Front kick with raised leg. Each time you return to standing, alternate your kicking leg. Each kick is one repetition.
