How to do Bridge with rotation using opposite arm alternating sides : Exercise Video

    Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and hands together with arms extended.

  2. 2

    Bring your hips off the floor, rotate to one side, bring arms over head, and touch your hands to the floor.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position.

  4. 4

    Repeat on the other side. Each time hands touch the floor counts as one repetition.
