    Stand with resistance tube under your feet, a handle in each hand, arms bent out to the sides with elbows at shoulder level.

    Press one arm over head, keeping other arm stationary.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position. Repeat with one arm for this segment. Switch sides for each following segment.
