Squat upright row

    Stand with feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, resistance tube under feet and crossed in front of you, a handle in each hand, palms facing body.

    Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the ground.

  3. 3

    Straighten legs to return to starting position. Bring elbows up above shoulders. Repeat entire exercise. Each upright row is one repetition.
