How to do One arm / one leg v-ups : Exercise Video

    Lie on your back with legs extended 6 inches off ground, arms extended behind head.

    Bring one leg and opposite arm up, and touch at top.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position. Repeat with same arm and leg for this segment. Switch sides for each following segment.
