How to do Sit-up reverse slings to one side : Exercise Video

    Sit with resistance tube around feet, a handle in each hand, and knees slightly bent.

    Lower your torso to the ground and bring your arms up over head.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position. Repeat arm extension on the same side for this segment. Switch sides for each following segment.
