Sit-ups to one side

    Sit with knees bent, feet flat on floor, arms bent, and hands on head.

    Lower your torso to the ground.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position. Twist body, touching elbow to opposite knee. Repeat on the same side for this segment. Switch sides for each following segment.
