How to do One arm isolation tricep kickbacks : Exercise Video

    Stand with resistance tube under one foot, both handles in one hand on the same side, and arm bent. Bend at the waist with your back flat and elbow even with your back.

    Without moving your elbow, press arm behind you.

  3. 3

    Return to starting position. Repeat with same arm for this segment. Switch sides for each following segment.
