How to do Lateral raise to front raise : Exercise Video

    Stand with resistance tube under your feet, a handle in each hand, arms at your sides with palms facing body.

    Raise arms to the side, level with your shoulders, palms down.

  3. 3

    Keeping arms at shoulder level, bring both arms to the front.

  4. 4

    Return to starting position. Repeat. Each time arms come down to starting position is one repetition.
