How to do Squat press alternating arm : Exercise Video

    Stand with feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, resistance tube under feet, a handle in each hand, hands facing forward at shoulder level.

    Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the ground.

    Straighten legs and press one arm up over head. Then return to starting position.

    Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the ground.

    Straighten legs and press other arm up over head. Then return to starting position. Each arm press counts as one repetition.
