Squat with crossbody knee strike

    Stand with feet a little more than shoulder-width apart, hands in guard position.

    Bend knees until thighs are parallel to the ground.

  3. 3

    Straighten legs to return to starting position. Bring one bent knee across the body for a knee strike. Return to starting position. Repeat squat and alternate knee strikes, counting each as one repetition.
