                                    Sit with legs extended, resistance tube wrapped around feet, a handle in each hand, palms up, one arm bent elbow past back, other arm straight.

                                    Bring elbow of straightened arm back past back while keeping other arm still.

                                    Straighten arm to starting position. Complete this segment with one arm. Switch arms for each following segment.
