Seated row sit-up

    Sit with legs extended, resistance tube wrapped around feet, a handle in each hand, thumbs up.

    Bring both elbows back past your back.

  3. 3

    Extend your arms to starting position. Lie back until back almost touches the ground. Return to starting position. Each sit-up counts as one repetition.
